Each item has one price per event. DJs and sound engineers are priced by the hour with a 4-hour minimum; photo booths include 3 hours. Orders start at $100. Delivery, setup, stands, cables and pickup are included within 30 miles. Farther out, extra mileage is quoted separately. The total on the form is an estimate; your confirmation has the final number.
Only once your deposit goes through. If two people book the same gear for the same date, the first deposit gets it. If yours comes second, your card is not charged.
You pay 50% of the estimate (at least $50) by card when you book. It counts toward your total, and the balance is due at delivery with a photo ID.
No. Every rental is delivered, set up and picked up by us, so the gear is placed and tested properly.
All of Rhode Island and the surrounding New England states. Delivery, setup and pickup are included within 30 miles of Cranston. Farther than that, we quote any extra mileage before your event.
The booking form estimates the driving distance from the event address automatically. We double-check it before your event.
The Rane System One plays standalone from USB, with your laptop, or both. The Scratch Package (Rane Seventy + 2 × Twelve MkII) runs on Serato, so bring your laptop. We don't rent laptops. Tell us what you play on in the notes and we'll confirm before your event.

Yes. A DJ is $500 for 4 hours plus $125 for each extra hour, and can be added to a rental or booked on their own. A sound engineer or assistant is $150/hr with a 4-hour minimum.
